Production companies and theatres are inundated with scripts, and if your work has typos, sloppy grammar or format issues, it already has two strikes against it. We all know that spell-check doesn't catch everything and that sometimes one needs a fresh pair of eyes--that's where I come in. Whether you're working on a play, screenplay or book, let me help you make your writing look clean and professional, so that readers will focus on what you're saying.

Why can I help? In addition to being a prolifically published playwright with productions on four continents, I am the resident playwriting expert for The Writers Store and Final Draft, having created Playwriting101.com, one of the internet's most popular playwriting websites, and "Ask the Expert" playwriting for Final Draft, respectively. I co-chair the Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights and am the former managing director of the Philadelphia Dramatists Center, and I've taught dramatic writing at every level from elementary school through college and beyond. I currently teach Introduction to Playwriting through Writers University, authored the book Young Playwrights 101, and work with writers across the United States and abroad as a consultant. I hold a B.A. from Harvard University in Dramatic Writing and Literature, as well as an M.F.A. in Playwriting from UCLA.
