Bettina Moss is a published journalist, sold screenwriter and former development executive. She has extensive experience in the film and television business, having worked on independent and big budget films in casting and as a production coordinator. For over nine years Bettina also managed the story department and served as a development executive for HBO Films. Bettina sold her first screenplay to Distant Horizons, producer of such films as The Theory of Flight and Cry, The Beloved Country. In addition to writing magazine articles, screenplays and non fiction projects, she is an assistant professor in the school of Media and Communication at National University. There she teaches many diverse courses such as Screenwriting and The History of Television, among others. She is also a private script consultant (Screenplayhelp.com). Bettina received her MfA from Columbia University film school in New York.
