Casablanca, Jaws and Annie Hall is a pretty good afternoon.
Soprano's, Buffy and Spaced is also a pretty good afternoon.
Aspiring screenwriter, learning the ropes, hanging onto the folklore of 'nobody knows anything', and mixing my metaphors wherever possible. I'm based in the UK, working as a book designer.
I've written a couple of sitcom pilots, which have had very positive critical comments from production companies and agents. I believe they're waiting for the right commercial environment...
...so, I'm currently working on a screenplay.
I just read an article in Script magazine, where the advice of the newly crowned Kings of Comedy was, 'just finish, then do it again.' At the moment, that's my goal.
