I wish I were Jane Austen, except for the uneventful love life.
My former professional background was as a copywriter/creative director in advertising. I worked in Paris for a number of years and go back to my apartment there when I can; when I can't, I rent it out to tourists (see www.myplaceinparis.com). A native New Yorker, I left Paris in 2004 to come to LA and launch my screenwriting career...liftoff's been aborted a few times, but with what I'm writing now I expect to be airborne soon. I'm represented by Andrew Kersey (manager) and Caren Bohrman (agent).

2. Take my newest script, from treatment (where I am now) to my best work ever for a sale in late 2007 or Spring 2008
3. Get married...oh, wait. I did that one. Eight weeks ago (April 15, 2007) to a wonderful man named Jim Benson, a DVD producer and TV historian
