With a focus on writing and filmmaking, Jesse Douma is a 20 year veteran of the technology and entertainment industries.
Living in both New York and Los Angeles until the late 80s he settled in Los Angeles to pursue employment in the family business, The Writers Computer Store (currently known as The Writers Store).
With a reputation as an artist friendly destination, The Writers Store soon became Jesse's passion as he strove to simplify technology for many well known writers and filmmakers. Recognizing additional needs within the creative industry he guided The Writers Store to its current position as the premier resource for writers and filmmakers worldwide, established Writers University and founded StoryLink.
My personal goal is to continue my journey as a writer. My professional goal is to empower those who share an interest in communicating their thoughts and beliefs through writing and filmmaking.
