Mississippi writer Jennifer Parker studied at Harvard University for a bachelor's degree in English and American literature and language, at the University of Mississippi for teacher licensure, and at Seattle Pacific University for a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing. She has written for prizes and publication, with work appearing in numerous journals and magazines including Bronte Street, Sand River Journal, The Harvard Salient, Reconcilers, Re:Generation Quarterly, Sojourners, Prism, Christianity Today, The Banner, Catapult, and Ruminate.
