Movies

comedy, dark comedy, dramedy (ew I can't believe I used the term), creepy stuff, and INTERESTING and WELL PRODUCED documentaries. and stuff with good soundtracks.

Donnie Darko, Mulholland Drive, Mala Educacion, Heathers, Vertigo, The Royal Tanenbaums, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Rushmore, City Of God, The Shining, Habla Con Ella, Edward Scissorhands, Sixteen Candles, Napoleon Dynamite, Lost Highway, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Amores Perros, Capote, What's Eating GIlbert Grape, Thumbsucker, and too many that I can't think of right now.

About Me

I'm an NYU grad originally from San Antonio. I've been working in advertising for 5 years, in broadcast production. I've also produced a couple of short films, which is so much more challenging but at the same time so much more fun. My husband is a writer/director/editor/producer, so I literally eat breathe and sleep film/advertising/television. I moved from NY to LA almost a year and a half ago, which so far has been a whirlwind of an experience, both good and kind of crappy, but mostly good. I'm astounded by how many people are doing what we're doing.
