Do you want to take your script to the next level, so it will sell quickly and be made into a great film? Do you also want some feedback on what to do in a rewrite, or on whether the script is ready for the marketplace?
I will give you a spot-on script analysis which shows you both the strong points of your script, which you should NOT change, as well as areas needing improvement.
In contrast to simple coverage, my analyses are extensive write-ups which deal, in specifics, with all the areas which need work in order to make the piece succeed in the marketplace. I examine all aspects of a script including: theme, premise, characterization, character arc, plot, dialogue, structure, rhythm, pacing, tone, and format. Anything which doesn't "work" gets noted down, whether it's the very premise of the story, or a single line of dialogue. Having been the senior creative exec in a production company, I can look at material from a producer's vantage point, as well as a writer's. This and other facets of my service cause many of my clients to recommend me to their fellow writers.
Two feature films (FROZEN, shot in Alaska, and CAGE FREE, shot in L.A.), were produced, on which I'm a credited script consultant. Before they were shot, they were both rewritten according to my script analysis recommendations.
I have sold options, or been hired to write, about a dozen feature films and have had a number of shorts and TV spots produced. I was asked to collaborate on a project with an Oscar and Golden Globe nominee for Best Actor. And I have developed a script with a Best Picture Oscar-winning producer.
I am also producing one of my own scripts in 2012/2013, on a budget of $9.2 million, so I can definitely give you feedback from the viewpoint of a producer!
While subject to change, my fees are: $75.00 to analyze a 1-2 page synopsis, $150.00 for a 10-20 page treatment, and $250.00 for a full script. I am associated with a French actor/writer, and hired Peter Myers to do an analysis on the script, PINK LIMO. He gave me a 5 1/2-page, single-spaced analysis, which covered all the things needed on how to make the script better. He looked at the project from the creative and marketing angles. He didn't get into destructive criticism, but laser-beamed right to what should be worked on to make the script work fully. In partnership with New York Film Group, Peter is producing the theatrical feature, VENGEANCE from his own script. Principal photography, 2012. Attachments: Director, Vahe Babaian (After Freedom) and in supporting roles Malcolm McDowell and L'il Romeo, and more to come. Budget $9.2 million. Seed money has been raised.
Peter co-executive-produced "SPEAK TO THE WORLD," a pilot for an interview show for cable television. He also co-produced and co-wrote "DOUBLE CROSS," a half-hour suspense drama for cable, which was offered a worldwide distribution deal within a month of its completion.
Additionally, Peter was a founding partner and Senior Vice President of Creative Affairs of BlueSky Pictures, an Anglo-Dutch film company which, in concert with Creative Artists Agency, in Los Angeles, developed a motion picture package with Antonio Banderas attached to star, and Michael Cristofer attached to direct.
As BlueSky's head of Creative Affairs, it was Peter's responsibility to make recommendations on all projects submitted to the company, and to advise the CEO of their quality and produceability. In that company, Peter was also involved in raising financing, packaging directors and stars, and getting distributor interest. As such, Peter developed relationships for the company with senior executives at Universal Pictures, Miramax, Sony Pictures Classics and Fox Searchlight Pictures.

Peter's script, The Meshugana Brothers: Easy Money, was awarded an Honorable Mention for Comedy in the Thunderbird International Film Festival Screenplay Competition.
Peter has written/co-written/consulted on 41 different independent film, television and theater projects --- (20 sold, including 15 produced public service announcements or short films and 4 feature scripts optioned). His suspense/drama, Double Cross, (which he co-wrote/co-produced), was shot in Malibu, California.
Peter's romantic comedy, The Pickup, was produced for the cable medium. His Chapters in Black American History have aired many times on U.S. syndicated television. His play, John Brown and Frederick Douglass, was produced for the stage.
Three of Peter's feature treatments, and one full script, are optioned and in the development and/or packaging stages with Bluewater Productions, an independent, Los Angeles development and production company.

I'm a full-time writer/producer, repped by a literary manager. I have had several scripts sold and optioned and two shorts and many PSA's produced. For the past twelve years, I've been hired consistently to write scripts for producers and investors. I am also hired by other writers to analyze their scripts. Now, I'm in pre-preproduction on one of my own scripts with a parnter in NY, so, on that latter hat of script analyst, I can offer a producer's perspective as well.
