Something is happening...
Everything that keeps my mind alive and working!
Not much of a book reader, but I once I encounter an irresistible one, I can finish it in record times!
Everything that can raise the stakes a bit further than we are used to, but keeping their humanity. My list is long here, but I prefer to deposit my long pages in stories and/or research, rather than a crowded list!
Not as satisfactory as the movie theater. I've been working in this field for the majority of my time. I see things on the inside, therefore I see no reason in sitting before the big -now flat- box! Some series that are truly beautiful, I just purchase as DVD sets. I'm not the type of person that waits for an extended period of time to watch the part two of a great story!
Creation has been my personal "weakness" for as long as I can remember. Growing in my native country, gave me the privilege of studying the ancient language, a personal endeavor that lasted many years. This, in its turn, presented me with the opportunity to see elements of the deep past from a creator's eye.
My university studies revolve around positive sciences and to be more exact "rural and survey engineering". I eventually turned toward VFX, since it was much more creative than any form of engineering study could ever be! I must admit, the field is quite tiresome, but very rewarding!
Since I managed to prove to myself -this far- that impossible can become possible, I am preparing for one step further:
To be able to put down the full story, rather than fragments of it; to pass the wisdom of the ancients in stories people can love and relate to.
After two years of active screenplay development -and thanks to my American wife- I believe the time is finally here.
