NYCscreenwriter, where screenwriters meet, offers free classes twice monthly at a convenient midtown Manhattan location.

Our goal is to demystify the craft of screenwriting and make it accessible to any writer who wants to learn.

Our thriving membership are a diverse group of writers, of all abilities, who meet to fine-tune craft, share war stories, professional triumphs, network and develop contacts in the professional NYCscreenwriter community. And of course, to have a blast!

There is never a fee for membership --

Whether typing FADE IN: for the first time or you've optioned a script, all are welcome. The only requirements are the love of filmmaking, screenwriting and a commitment to "BIC - Butt In Chair" time to complete your script.
