Description

Have you always had the desire to write for film or television? Get the tools and information you need to begin writing, or if you've already started, to fine tune your work. Topics covered include: the step method (used by hundreds of screenwriters) - sequencing - the language of screenwriters: your script will speak to readers, story editors and producers - writing the spec script and securing an agent. *$8 materials fee paid to instructor for workbook featuring plotting schematics, movie script analysis and more.

Ron Peterson, story editor and creative consultant, worked extensively with producers and production companies including the late David Susskind, producer of Fort Apache the Bronx, and Lovers and Other Strangers. He has optioned seven of his fifteen screenplays. He also has a TV film in pre-production. He has offered this workshop in Boston, Chicago and NYC for over 20 years.
