This hands-on course (students must bring their own laptop) will teach you all the basic skills you need to create storyboards and previz using FrameForge including:
--Using the control Room
--Setting up film size and prime lens collections
--Building sets, placing objects, actors and cameras
--Relationships, posing, customizing objects and actors
--Snapping shots, organizing and building storyboards
--Using the shot Manager
--Associating frames to script text
--Arranging frames and importing script text to frame
--Editing existing frames
--Inserting motion and framing direction indicators
--Setting up storyboard playback animatics and exporting
--Techniques for previz including output to video editors
We'll also go over: Ways to use backdrops or "green screens", advanced tweening techniques, creating and storing poses and relationships and how FrameForge interacts with other programs such as 3D modeling programs, FaceGen and graphics programs.
And classes are always fun!

Taught by Pamela Kay -- winner of the Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting for the scritp NUDE AND NAKED, currently with Shirley MacLaine and Tea Leoni attached. In her FrameForge work she has worked with directors on TV pilots, music videos, national commercials and presentations.
