In this hour-long seminar, Ms. Adelman will screen a selection of short films from her personal archive, answer questions from aspiring filmmakers, and sign copies of the recently-published second edition of her book.

Kim Adelman is the author of Making It Big in Shorts: The Ultimate Filmmaker's Guide to Short Films, 2nd Edition (July 2009). She is the short film correspondent for indieWIRE, the acclaimed independent film news bureau. Ms. Adelman teaches low budget and short filmmaking at UCLA Extension.
