would like some feedback on scripts

I am in pre production on my first short film. I also have writen a feature length script and I am overwhelmed at the amount it takes to begin even the logistics behind the scenes. I have also written and started production this week, on an internet series that should be out by the end of july. It is scheduled for 10 episodes and would like any input I can get. HELP.

Thanks for getting back with me. I have actually begun production on my online series and am looking for some feedback on Act 1 of my feature length screenplay. I feel that it is kind of all over the place and I am trying to introduce so many characters and elements that the first act is jumbled. I would just like it to flow better I guess.
