The First Glance Film Festivals, have been running in Philadelphia for 10 years and 8 in Hollywood, announces its 3rd Annual, Feature Length Screenplay Competition. The top three scripts are read by Hollywood Producers and Production Companies.

The Top three scripts are judged by Hollywood production companies and top producers in the industry, including Boxing Cat Films (Tim Allen’s production company), Humble Journey Films (Eric LaSalle’s Production Company), Madhouse Entertainment and Avalanche! Entertainment Producer Richard Hull…just to name a few!!

Feature length screenplays in the following categories:

FirstGlance's Fourth Annual Short Script Competition

Opens March 10, 2007

Think of it as the "Project Greenlight" for short film writers.
FirstGlance is calling for entries for our 4th annual short screenplay competition.

Here's how it works:
You write a short screenplay, and enter it into the competition.
Hollywood Producers read the screenplays.
The Grand Prize Winner will have their screenplay co-produced by FirstGlance Films and premiered at either our Hollywood or Philadelphia Festival. Co-Production value between $5000.00-$7500.00

FirstGlance was the first short script contest that assists short filmmakers to bring their script to the screen.

Short Scripts must be under 20 pages.

Awards

Awards range from Final Draft software to Writing seminars provided by our sponsors. the Three final screenplays are read by some of Hollywood's most influential production companies and producers that are currently looking for projects.

Short Script winner is provided with production services to assist in producing his/her short film and premiering it at a FirstGlance Film Fest.
